We are on the lookout for a Senior Database Programmer Specialist to design stable and reliable databases according to the end-user needs and requirements.
You will:

Install, tune, implement and upgrade DBMS installations

Write and deploy SQL patches
-
Assist with schema design, code review, SQL query tuning
-
Provide guidance and support to application developers
-
Upgrade and improve application schema and data upgrades
-
Proactively and frequently recommend system improvements
-
Collate, prepare and present data for internal and external use
You may be fit for this role if you own:
-
Proven experience in development and execution complex SQL migration scripts
-
Experience in development of Complex PL/SQL procedures and packages
-
Good knowledge in creating Shell Scripts to automate recurring DB tasks
-
Familiarity with Production database maintenance at tablespace, schema and object level
-
Experience with installation, upgrade and patching of Oracle databases
-
Experience with database administration of large Oracle databases with RAC, ASM, GoldenGate and Dataguard setup

Knowledge of Oracle server installation, RDBMS upgrades and patching
-
Creating and maintaining RAC and single instance databases with ASM and data guard
-
Grid Control installation and maintenance
